第一次辦親友後事自然毫無頭緒,當中亦有人介紹相關的店鋪,但感覺很含糊不清晰而這公司裕祥是在網上找到. 選用的原因是感覺十分簡潔清晰,所有項目可自行選擇,豐儉由人,沒有隱藏的收費,好讓我們有個預算. 由開始至結束有專人耐心跟進,接觸我們的是個年青人Hades ,比較好說話, 直至現在已過去好幾個月,依然為我們在跟進餘下的事宜,我家實在感激,這家不知道是否最好,但我們十分滿意,我亦相信這是所有消費者所需要的 !

親人去世，本身已是一件傷心的事，加上我們沒有經驗辦後事，一切都很迷茫。幸好我們找到裕祥。因家人長居外地，不懂傳統喪禮的繁文縟節，幸好有裕祥殯儀禮儀師的耐心解釋及幫忙。很多事情及所需的東西也為我們準備好，不用我們操心。而且價目清晰在網頁上指示，可以在系統自行根據預算選擇,沒有滥收费用喪禮最終能簡單而順利地完成，家人也十分滿意。

2023年爸爸突然離世，面對至親既離開，在傷痛及不知如何處理父親後事既情況下，在網上揾到了裕祥殯儀。還記得當時我留了message給裕祥，想揾人詢問了解如何處理，陳生很快在1小時內就覆了，在電話中簡單了解了我當時既狀況下，我地就預約了等二天面談。在面談過程中，陳生給了我地專業既意見，講解了不同價格的相𨶹殯儀服務給我地選擇，由領取死亡證，選擇殯儀館場地、棺材、宗教儀式、骨灰龕、先人衣著等，到頭七、回魂、出殯，都詳細解釋。由於家人都不熟悉頭七，回魂事宜，當有不明白時，我地都會message或電話陳生，陳生都會不厭其煩地解釋，直至我地無問題為止，非常有耐心，幫了我地𣎴少，真心多謝陳生。在出殯前某些特別時間，例如花牌、紙紮、先人相片選擇，陳生都會提醒我地，確保事情順利完成。直至守夜出殯日，由醫院到殯儀館再到火葬場，都會親力親為陪同我地、幫助我地。到了今年2025年，媽媽因病離世，有了之前對陳生既信任，我地毫不猶豫揾了裕祥，陳生並沒有因為之前揾過佢幫忙而簡簡單單對待，反而繼續以專業既態度，詳細地再解說，真心真意地幫助我地，真的非常多謝陳生，今次亦都順利完結。在出殯後，陳生繼續幫助我地上位等事宜，由申請，交表，父母上位合併，上位日都安排得非常滿意。在此，真心多謝裕祥殯儀，多謝陳生。

It may not be too auspicious to say I am Mr. Chan’s repeated customer, in May 2020 when my mom passed away and in Aug 2025. In both cases, I really have no complaint: the logistics were exactly as what Mr. Chan briefed me beforehand; same applied to the fee 100% identical to the initial amount. I do believe service attitude and integrity are two most important factors in these already bleak times. One more thing: Mr. Chan’s partner like the masons are phenomenal: in my second case, I stressed once again I expected them to be punctual at 9:30am. I called the masons at 09:10 to see where they were. Reply: our car was already parked adjacent to the funeral office in Diamond Hill.
