負責人周生非常盡責，真誠有禮，回覆快速，每項費用都明確列明，不會有任何額外費用，他們什至義務幫忙代辦死亡證件。所有殯儀事項都有相片能清晰看到，也會用平板電腦即時展示解釋，出殯當天跟得好足。我真心佩服他們的團體，真的很專業敬業。 Respect

剛剛送走一位親人，初初都好迷惘，不知如何找家好的殯儀，唔打唔撞就在網上找到家清雅堂，便走到紅磡辦工地點，負責人周先生服務很貼心，每様細節都講得好明細，還解釋費用應洗得洗，相當貼心，我和家人都衷心感謝周先生及其同事的專業服務，在此祝大家一切安好！

我真心推薦青雅堂殯儀的服務。自從父親突然離開，我和家人都不能接受，十分心痛，父親的後事感到非常迷惘，亦不知道從哪裏開始處理，心裏只想能為父親做得最好。朋友介紹了不同形式的殯儀服務。最後，與家人一致决定選用青雅堂殯儀，因為青雅堂的周先生，是最不商業化，介紹服務簡潔，最给人舒服的一個。坦白说，我相信這是最正確的選擇。我們真的幸運地，得到周先生全程陪伴，走過與父親告別旅程。從周先生代表我到域多利殮房出文件，中間細心協助及確定所有流程和安排。出殯儀式的第一天早上，周先生陪同到殮房接父親的遺體，到達世界殯儀館，整個流程，親力親為，把父親安頓得無微不至。禮堂佈置及整個儀式處理，一絲不苟，十分得體。翌日，他陪同我們及親人前往火葬場完成嚴肅的火化儀式，並親身和師傅將先人迎回家中安奉。後續的骨灰龕安排，他也為我們精心規劃。經過這兩天周先生完美的安排，今天，我才能感覺到‘’放下‘’。整個過程，我深深感受到周先生的善良，衷心感謝他，始終站在我們的立場，以家人的心情處理一切事務，既專業又親切，讓我在悲傷中感受到被支持。再次感謝周先生及他的團隊為我們做的一切，並由衷推薦他們的服務！祝好！

歷時一個月嘅奔走同等待，終於塵歸塵，土歸土。一開始與不同嘅殯儀公司傾咗幾個電話，相信自己嘅直覺，在眾多公司之中，有緣份遇到一位合適嘅負責人———周生🙏🏻 由當初未正式接洽，俾我問咗好多問題，未幫襯已經問佢點樣執遺物，點樣執陪葬。好感激周生耐心解答🙏🏻 （唔係話其他同行唔好啊）最後，當日成功結集大伯嘅10位弟妹到來，送咗大伯最後一程。當中，周生嘅專業意見，同埋穩重，大大提高左親友對事情嘅信心，令到整件事情事半功倍。大伯晚年無兒無女，晚輩略盡綿力，從遺照上面，見到大伯面帶寛容微笑，就知道一開始無揀錯🙏🏻

本身比較過好多間agent，包括最大果間，已經準備要做決定。但喺朋友輾轉介紹下得知清雅堂，抱住再試一試心態同周先生見面了解詳情，最後即晚決定選擇清雅堂，因為服務齊全同時價錢亦最公道合理，周先生比人感覺亦比較真誠可靠。因為係第一次處理，所以過程中有很多疑問，周先生都一一迅速回答，周先生亦會根據實際情況做建議，減少無謂嘅洗費。最後爸爸喪禮順利舉行，過程中雖然有誤會，但經過溝通周先生同師傅亦即時處理。媽媽同親友都好滿意整個儀式，非常感謝周先生及所有工作人員的幫忙。
