Ordered takeaway goose, roasted pork and char siew. Total bill HKD$374. They packed all the items in 3 boxes, and use 1 plastic bag to put them all together. We have to travel 1 hours to our destination, so we request them to put 1 more plastic bag in case, but they said need to charge HKD$1 for additional plastic bag. Imagine you spent $300plus then need pay additional for the plastic bag. Let’s say if we order separately, is it they need to provide 3 plastic bags??

Worth visit. Definitely will eat again. Roasted pork items 烧肉 and 烧猪 ,it’s a much try. Roasted goose is damn good too. Hope they can consider “half or full portion” for the seasonal veggie and non-roasted items. Too much to finish. 🤣 Visited on weekday dinner, 2pax, not crowded. Slightly expensive on ordering ala carte, total bill nearly HKD800

If you're looking for a quick lunch, this is the place to go. Their roast duck is delicious. The service is average, not very friendly, like most Hong Kong restaurants.

After trying four different roast goose restaurants, Rongji Roast Goose is still my clear favorite 👍. The roast goose here is not overly oily, yet incredibly flavorful, with a unique 陈皮 (aged tangerine peel) aroma that really sets it apart 😋🍊. 🍚 Must-order: the roast goose drumstick (not cut) with roast suckling pig over rice. At RMB 188, it’s absolutely worth it and easily the highlight of the meal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🐔 The chicken dishes were just average and not particularly memorable, but they didn’t detract from the overall experience. 💰 We spent RMB 510 for 3 pax, and it was totally worth the travel and the price 🚗💯. 🔁 Will definitely visit again! Highly recommended for roast goose lovers.

Place was bright, nice and clean. We came in as a group of 7 people and had a quite pleasant experience dining here. Foods were served warm, hearty, rich and flavorful. The savoury seasoning blended amazingly with the well-cooked protein: everything was juicy, not dry and not smelled off. The best-selling Roasted Duck with Tangerine Peel as well as the Roasted Pork my husband ordered were especially delicious! As with the common food portions in Hongkong, what we had was fulfilling and hit the right spot. Service was okay-ish - some staffs were friendly while some weren't. One of the claypot menu our friend ordered came waaay after everyone else. No toilet available in the vicinity, so if you need to go, you're going to be handed a key by one of the staffs and you're gonna have to walk to a hotel 2 buildings next to the restaurant and open their staff's toilet. Other than that, everything else was nice! We left the place happy.
