Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Does Starbucks look very nice, their service mind was splendid. For the noodles, they have many kinds of dumplings to be selected. It would be crowded during the daytime especially during lunch. Apart from the noodles and dumplings, they also have local craft beer for serving. Every customer will be welcomed with a free cup of sake.

Simply amazing! The staff was super friendly and helped me with recommendations to place my order. The dumplings were so delicious and really reasonably priced for the great quality. I will definitely come back here during my next HK trip!

No waiting time needed on a weekday evening. The place was quite small in first glance with small tables and close distances among tables. For bigger sized guys may not be able to sit comfortably. We ordered using the QR code and food came accordingly afterwards. Food were generally freshly prepared, the fried chicken and chicken wings were served hot and cripsy. Their famous dumplings are good too yet unfortunately still could not beat that from 甜記餃子.

Trinity Dumpling is a local brand that specializes in homemade gyoza with creative fillings. In addition to their online shop, they have 2 restaurants that offers gyoza and izakaya food. Visited their restaurant because of their new menu with raclette on black truffle gyoza. Interesting combination! Double black truffle - both inside the cheese and dumpling filling. A blend of layered textures of rich melting cheese, crispy brown pan-fried gyoza bottom and juicy minced pork. Karaage was pipping hot and juicy. The chicken had been pre-marinated to develop such a smooth and tender texture. Oden included onsen egg, shiitake mushroom, radish, chikuwa and 2 kinds of fishball. The soup was full of umami. Veggies, also prepared in the savory Oden soup, included shirataki, radish, cabbage and shiitake mushroom. The mala chili sauce was superb! Numbing but not too spicy, aromatic but not too salty nor MSG. Paired well with every dish!
