A bit tricky to find the restaurant yet we had a wonderful dinner here. Food is very authentic. The staff has good understanding of vegan diet needs.

Good choice of Indian thali (bento). Mini tiffin thali is most popular that serves one each of idli, medu vada, masala dosa, with decent servicing of pongal and kesari bath (dessert). Costs HKD 100 with no drinks included. Lassi and filter coffee starts at HKD 40. While the food is nice the tables are a bit small for four seating capacity.

We went for lunch and ordered 1 masala dosa and 1 chana masala “set”. The masala dosa came cold and soggy, normally dosa is supposed to be crispy if it’s folded round. And for the price point, I’ve had filling dosas elsewhere. The table next to us were also expecting something along the round type as shown on the menu. Not sure if it was marketed properly. For the chana masala set, taste wise was okay. But when it came to the bill, I saw the Chana Masala and Naan was charged as A-la-Carte. when I ordered a chana masala set with naan, and asked if garlic naan was possible. Which they said yes. I questioned during billing, I was told the portion you got was “big”. To be fair, I wouldn’t know what portions you give for set or a-la-carte .😅 I guess it was a misunderstanding amongst parties.

*"Loved our lunch here! The South Indian thali had everything - sambar, rasam, poriyal, curd rice, papad, and it all tasted so fresh. Ended it with a hot filter coffee which was amazing. Clean place, prompt service. Great value for money."*
