Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving.

We visited this steakhouse after being attracted by their free-flow steak promotion. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service and issues with how the food was handled and presented. When our main courses arrived, each of us received double portions of steak. The waiter explained that this was because we had ordered the free-flow promotion. We were immediately overwhelmed by the large quantity served all at once. We had not requested any additional portions, and by the time we finished half, the remaining steak had already started to go cold, which affected its taste and enjoyment. We asked one waiter for extra sauce, and she replied, “I’m not sure, I’ll have to ask,” but never returned. When we asked another waiter, he responded rudely with, “Wait, we’re making it.” One of my friends politely suggested to a waiter that it would be better to serve a normal portion instead of double, as the large amount made it difficult to finish while the steak was still hot. The waiter appeared uncomfortable and quickly walked away without responding. Later, when two of my friends paused their meal (leaving their cutlery in the “resting” position on the plate), a w

This restaurant truly surprised us in the best way! The fusion food was absolutely delicious, with creative flavors that blended perfectly. The service was excellent, and the staff made the experience even better by taking the time to explain every dish to us. Plus, it’s not expensive, which makes it even better! The environment is cozy and perfect for meeting up with friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

Appetizer was the highlight. While the steak was decent, towards the stiff side, which might be part of the traits of dry aged beef? Enjoyable experience overall
