The restaurant building doesn't look impressive, but the food is definitely superior! Probably the best Chinese vegetarian place in Hong Kong. The chef is a master of wok hei, get a stirfry (recommend flat rice noodles) and enjoy that flame cooked flavour!

the price charge by this shop was not fair, my experience (13/06-2024 (Thur) evening, no Chinese tea service for me since my walked in till to my leave, however my bill had been charged tea service charge for $6.00, they claimed that every customer need to be charged the tea service charge while seating in, no matter what the tea service would be serviced or not, so as such a terrible reply. The staff tells me that they do not offer set menu service at every weekend, the customer must order the dish menu instead of the set menu. A ridiculous issue is demonstrated by this shop is on every lunar calendar first day & fifteenth day, the10% service charge will be added for every seat-in customer. Unfortunately, the shop is focusing to explore more new items that could be charged to the customer day by day.🤬😡😱😓😬😬

Highly recommended! The food quality is high, though simple but nice, and the price is cheap, lot cheaper than many shops that I went. The service is excellent, lot better and polite than those popular cha chaan teng and bigger restaurant. Walking distance from Sham Shui Po MTR station. I came all the way from Mong Kok by MTR as I can't find any vegetarian shops that open early for breakfast in Mong Kok. I even returned for the next day just to eat another round though I need to rush to airport to catch flight. Not to forget, their regular customers are equally friendly. They chat with us and recommended nice food for us to try, knowing that we are tourist.

Best price Veg food around the area. Important is have breakfast for us. Lots of other Chinese veg stall open at 11am onwards.

A five minutes walk from Golden Computer Arcade at Shum Shui Po (深水埗), Tin Yu Vegetarian (天譽素食) is a good place to sit down after a long walk and shopping. There are only a few restaurants that are in the area for competition. And usually this restaurant should not be crowded and if you walkin there should be immediate seating available without any reservation required for 99% of the time. The place do need a make over on the decoration and furniture, but does not hinder its function. The vegetarian-chinese style food is delicious and traditional desserts are offered, but the food is charged about $10 to 15HKD more. Traditional Chinese cafe (茶餐廳) style but substituted with vegetarian counterparts. Eggs can be added. Please tell them in advance if you are a vegan (no egg, no dairy). 10% Service charge and "a small tea fee per head $5" applies on the top of your food cost. Recommended dishes: 1. A series of soup with rice (湯飯), for example: 勝瓜木耳素肉湯飯 $55; 2. Pumpkin spring pile risotto 南瓜春樁焗飯 $7x.
