MASSIVE Cockroaches!Absolutely horrific stay. Room looks nothing like the photos, certain days the room gets skipped by cleaning crew. Workers are very unprofessional and at times just rude. Came back to my room to see two of the biggest cockroaches I had ever seen crawling in my clothes.

Avoid this place and company! I stayed for 2 months until November 2025 and it was an absolute nightmare to get my deposit back. The upper management of this company had no answers. The accounting team had no answers. Each time I email or WhatsApp I get the same type of message "we will have it resolved by next week." I did not see my deposit back until the February 2026. Their lack of communication with their guests and with each other proves the company is not run well. The apartment in general was fine but not worth the cost. Aside for the location being super convenient everything else was below average. It's an old building they remodeled which means the piping is super old so the bathroom had a foul smell causing the room to be very smelly. With the cost of the room being so high, cleanliness and smell should not be a problem The security/front desk team and cleaning team were nice but I could tell the countless guests complaining have turned their mood bad. Because upper management and accounting team did not reply back the poor security/front desk team took all the frustration and anger from the guests. I will never stay here again. Look somewhere else for accommodation

DO NOT STAY HERE if you want your deposit back!!!! I was staying at the V for one month. The reservations team was helpful and answered my queries. The location of the service apartment was fantastic, in the heart of causeway bay and close to many shops and restaurants. The room I got was quite small but it was clean, had all the amenities required. Weekly cleaning service and towel changes were provided. The front desk is trying to be helpful but I feel they struggle to get any resources to help. They’re also not friendly and seems disgruntled, any asks seems to be an inconvenience to them. The after service is absolutely horrible. I checked out of my room after staying for one month. I left the place clean with no damages or issues at the end of November. It is now almost end of January and I still haven’t received my one month deposit back. I am concerned the financial viability of this place if they can’t even return a small 18K HKD deposit 50+ days after the check out date. It is unprofessional and when I attempted to contact the accounts payable team multiple times (WhatsApp messages, multiple emails, left voice messages many times) I received no responses or reply
