Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. A bit of a language barrier here as the staff couldn’t speak English, but they were friendly enough and brought out an English menu for us. A quick heads-up though: the items on the English menu are a total disadvantage compared to the local breakfast sets. Even though they cost the same, the English menu versions don't come with any drinks or buttered toast!

(this is for non Chinese speakers to read, btw, you can ask for an English menu here if not using a Google lens app.) Here is a getaway for the local who wanna have local food, but wanna skip shopping malls in the district. Feeling a bit hungry for the afternoon, then I just pass by and get a cup of nice and rich milk tea with condensed milk! (a true local taste per se) Order my drink with a dish of Kaya+peanut butter toast ! The think tea was balanced with the condensed milk for its sweetness, and it goes smoothly into your throat as a nice refreshment mid day. Usually the drink arrives much faster, and then you can get hold of the food after your thirst is quenched. prefect timing... hah 😁 The toast was hot and fresh, crispy in the outside and rich inside. That made my day altogether. If you're having a hunger attack, then you are recommended to try their "house fried rice", pork chop noodle, or chicken thigh. It located in the middle of the area, and you can drop by when you go from one side to another in Tsimshatsui. They even accept Octopus card or QR code payment methods. (shown in my video the proper way to hold a very hot glass of tea with the stirrer you wanna keep using

Terrible food and milk tea. Bad smell of the fish ball. Watery milk tea. Bitter lemon. No apologies and compensation at all. What a shame. Don’t ever try it.

Extremely bad service here. Staff were very rude. Menu clearly says afternoon tea sets are 2pm -6pm. But they said it was unavailable on the day we went although it wasn’t even festive season or public holiday. We ordered the exact same thing as the afternoon tea set and was charged double the price. Would give this place a zero star rating if available. Definitely do not recommend.

Located right at the entrance. Set lunch rather good value with soup, main dish & drink for HK$55. Tried fried rice which tasted ok but a bit oily. HK style milk tea was a bit plain. The HK style Borsch soup tasted quite good indeed. Caveat: staff can be rude…
