Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. Dim sum restaurants usually charge a per-person tea fee, and dishes are priced by size; weekend mornings from about 10:00 to lunchtime are the busiest, and many places give out queue tickets. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Sat 07:30–23:30, Sun 07:30–22:00. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2721 7881. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first.

Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

The food was delicious. Some dishes were so big I couldn't finish them alone, but I really liked the food, especially the noodles.

Food is fast. Curry beef brisket with rice is sooo good. I really love to go back and have one more of it. It’s actually my best dishes in Hong Kong so far. Curry is rich and flavorful. Beef brisket is tender and melt in the mouth.

Outstanding food and service at this restaurant. Even though they serve bugger all vegetarian food and no one speaks any english, we and the staff managed to figure out a few suitable dishes. What stood out was an omelette sandwich. They made a super thin omelette but folded it over many times resulting in a 2cm thick egg layer, with just the right quantity of salt, and encased in super fresh bread. Devine. My wife got a dish with steamed chicken, rice and garlic sauce. The two types of chicken in the dish resembled what hainanese chicken looks like. Most in there were eating beef and pork so that is the highlight there.

Good taste and portions. The family enjoyed their braised beef and noodles, both in soup and dry. My personal favorite is their fried pork chop, scallion sauce with fried eggs over rice. We also grabbed their iced brown sugar coffee in the mornings to start our day.

Food was very tasty, coming from New Zealand I didn't know what to expect as I walked in off the street without checking Google reviews first and I'm glad I did because the food I ordered was really delicious. Maybe Hong Kong locals have higher expectations of their dining experience or maybe they consider 3 stars good food but leave 5 stars for extremely spectacular experiences. I like to give 5 stars so long as the food matches the price and the atmosphere matches the desired setting.
