Worst Service. Waited for 2 and half hours, still no sign of my turn.

When you enter the branch, the first person you encounter is a female security guard who immediately asks about the purpose of your visit. Based on your response, she either issues you a ticket to see one of the two customer service representatives seated in the cube area or directs you to join the line for window services. The layout includes five service windows in total: the two on the left are reserved exclusively for 中銀理財 (Bank of China Wealth Management), while the two on the right handle general services, though these are restricted to a maximum of five transactions or 200 bills per customer. Occasionally, another staff member circulates through the lobby, offering assistance to customers with mobile app usage or digital services. None of the employees wear name tags, and every staff member—including those behind the service windows—keeps their face covered with a mask, making it difficult to identify who you have spoken with. Across three separate visits, I observed consistently long lines and experienced extended waiting times, which made the overall process feel slow and somewhat frustrating.

I hope there's a way to give no star at all at this branch. Poor customer service and it takes an hour to move one number. There's people standing and watching staffs working but not willing to jump in and help. Absolutely no teamwork at this place. Don't waste your time going there.

Garbage branch. I waited half an hour and the personal and commerical services serviced exactly ZERO customer. *i waited because there was only three people ahead of me Concierge could have at least warned me how it would probably take their incompetent staffs more than an hour to go chew through 4 queuing customers, instead of letting me waste time sitting around. I eventually gave up waiting at closing hour at 5pm because i dont want to wait around for longer and get kicked out.

Always long lineup, waiting time can take more than 1 hour for regular teller service. Lots of retailers doing cash deposit and tellers need to count every single notes by both machine and hands. That makes waiting time longer.
