À great place to work out while having fun and progress at the same time. Coaches are also very helpful and work closely with the members in the class. Very well equipped gym with solid workout plan. Fun and friendly community!

Asphodel played a crucial role kickstarting my CrossFit journey. I am so lucky to have Alfred as my trainer. He has helped me progress from a complete novice to a CrossFit beginner. I highly recommend Asphodel to anyone interested in becoming part of the CrossFit community.

I was recommended to try Asphodel while visiting Hong Kong. I was addicted after my first drop in class. Workout Program was amazing. Everything was scalable. Great community and friendly, professional coaches (shout out to Michelle, Shirley, Sam, Jon and Ian). I felt very welcomed straight away even though I did not know anybody in the beginning. I think I found my go to whenever I am in town!! I will definitely be back and highly recommend Asphodel to everyone.

The kids classes at Asphodel have been amazing from my son Archie. Firstly the energy of the coaches is unparalleled. They make sure the kids are engaged and to have that much energy is a skill in itself. But I’ll say the best part about the classes is how much Archie loves it. He constantly wants to go back and it’s fantastic for his confidence.

Can’t reco this place enough ! My 3 year old goes twice a week ! Coach Michelle and Coach Joy make every class so fun and that now my 3 years old can do hold up bar for as long as 45 seconds. Never thought my kid would be able to do CrossFit. Hygiene level is excellent (not like sweaty gym place). Strong recommendation for kids summer camp for any parents !!!!
