A really supportive, and encouraging place to practice yoga! The different classes are interesting, engaging, and fun! Studio is very clean and classes feel small and intimate with personalized attention from teachers

Flowga is amazing. Everytime I leave a class, I feel like I actually did something and I am ready for bed. All the instructors push and motivate you and it's honestly the thing I look most forward to during the week.

FLOWGA is a fantastic yoga studio, unlike other big brand yoga studio in HK, they stands out for its welcoming and friendly atmosphere. My most favorite class there is Inside Flow. (non heated class). The energy is amazing, and the instructor creates such a positive and motivating environment. (The video i posted is a small clip of inside flow class) For the hot classes, huge plus is the infrared heat. Unlike usual hot yoga, they used infrared heat. It is so much more comfortable. It really helps me relax, release tension, and deepen my stretches without feeling overwhelmed. I highly recommend it to people looking for a great yoga experience in Central!
