I had a great experience at this yoga studio. The instructors are highly attentive and explain poses clearly, which really helped me improve my alignment and confidence over time. They offer thoughtful guidance and modifications, so both beginners and more experienced students can progress at their own pace. I really appreciate the small class sizes, which allow instructors to give more focused support. Highly recommended.

Really lovely yoga studio with such a warm, comforting vibe. The teacher is incredibly kind, gentle and attentive — always adjusting with care and making sure everyone feels supported. Left feeling relaxed and happy! 🕉️💛

Tried aerial yoga and had such a fun experience! Grace is my instructor. She’s sweet & her guidance made everything feel easy and enjoyable, even the challenging moves. I left the class feeling light, relaxed, and happy—definitely recommend!

My first time yogaing in HK, found this cute cozy studio right beside my office in Shueng wan. Easy transportation and great location for working corporate girlies🩷 instructor Alesha is truly the highlight, her style is very sunshine and uplift my mood after work (work very tiring). Suitable for expats as well because the session conducted in english, the time i went most people there are expats from around the world 👍 today's class was mainly stretching and basic flows, suitable for beginners with all the equipment provided👍 Highly recommend instructor Alesha, made my mind focus after work, very suitable to relax!! this is a great way to end your day after work 🩷 go try Papillon Yoga girlies!
