What is the difference between a solicitor and a barrister in Hong Kong? I will probably have to make a lawsuit in the court of Hong Kong. Do I need to find a solicitor or barrister? I understand that barrister is litigation lawyer in Hong Kong, do that mean I need go to see a barrister? Really get confused.
