This place completely ruined one of my lace garment. They told me nothing about the damage when I picked up my clothes. I only found out after returned home. They also refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation. Very disappointed by the lack of transparency and accountability. I would stay away from this shop if you have delicate garment because they really don’t handle your clothes with care.

Extremely bad! Irresponsible boss and staffs! Extremely rude attitude after ruining my clothes. I gave them a garment worth $6000 to dry clean, and they returned it to me with seven holes! The shop did not repair it for me and was unwilling to compensate me for the reasonable cost.
