About 武館 BUKAN
2015年開店的武館—由擁有二十多年日本料理經驗，曾到日本仙台及瑞士伯恩的酒店工作及交流的「武」師傅主理，並以食「館」、家的概念為基礎提供廚師發辦。由大角咀發跡，到西營盤主打熟成鮨的結縁，2025年再次回歸九龍並選址深水埗，繼續以夫婦小店形式用心為客人提供料理。
武師傅每天向日本各地供應商及漁師訂貨，並根據季節及食材鮮度和質素制定菜單，包括並不限於各式活貝、海膽、稀有魚類、及採用最適合的熟成手法等處理食材，將食物質素發揮到淋漓盡致。
Bukan is a family-run restaurant specializing in Omakase, a chef recommendation menu using fresh ingredients from Japan. Chef Takeshi has over 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, and has worked in Sendai, Japan and a 4-star hotel in Bern, Switzerland. Our menu changes from time to time as Chef Takeshi strives to provide every guest the best seafood available in the season. 如果未食過呢間餐廳嘅人，希望你哋慎重睇一睇我嘅評價 。 食開omakase 都知魚生係要食時令，不時不食，同係咪平野冇關係，而沙甸魚就係夏天當造必食 。前菜已經有海膽有蠔，最尾仲有海膽手卷（快食冇影相） 。 店內冷氣正常，呢種天氣去邊都覺得熱，坐一陣就涼。如果有人擔心因為冷氣唔凍，而覺得雪櫃唔凍，進而escalate 擔心魚生易壞而燒到去食物安全，真係得啖笑 。真係食到唔舒服就去報衛生署，千祈唔好掛住寫劣評而延醫 。 日本店員喺客人用餐後都會去門口送客，以表示感激惠顧，如果咁樣會有人彷彿覺得店主無禮趕客，咁又真係不敢苟同。（加上間鋪細，都唔係好大地方可以企，企門口算最唔影響客） 每位定價1800，正常omakase 收費。價錢同中環可能差唔多，如果要用地段去評論店主係咪收得貴，咁地鋪上樓鋪嘅租金都差得遠 。 我食得好開心，食物質素滿意 。一定會再幫襯！ 補多句，如果食過嘅，應該係大角咀開始幫襯嘅熟客 。

如果未食過呢間餐廳嘅人，希望你哋慎重睇一睇我嘅評價，本人自問都食過唔少omakase，但呢一間咁差質素加收費咁驚人嘅真係第一次，呢間舖主推熟成魚料，由頭盤到甜品，都令人非常失望，整體用嘅食材非常低質素而廉價，當中有很多平價的魚，例如小肌，沙甸來組成餐單，之後由蠔，到海膽，到白子，都食得出佢哋係非常唔新鮮，甚至有一種臭味，當晚食完後，我們同行幾人都有腹瀉問題，而且壽司飯有非常重口味，食完非常口渴，以人均$1900的質素，絕對不值得，很多中環或比較出名的店，2000頭到2000中都已經食到了，坐在深水埗位置，餐廳內的空調非常不足夠，食材沒有得到良好的低溫保護的情況下，卻能收取如此進取的價錢，實在係將食客當做傻仔，另外值得一提，我們食完甜品後在聊天的時候，店主已經站在門口旁邊等待我們，彷彿在趕我們走一樣，令本人的感覺非常差，最後奉勸各位光顧這舖頭時候請三思
