Bought a pineapple crust mochi and taro mochi bun seeing all the good reviews. Food - the products aren’t as good as people described. I like Big Grains much better for HK style bread. The taste here is average. Service - they don’t care when the customers are picking from the shelves, they just step in front of you to refill or rearrange the pastries for their own convenience. Also they only have one cashier and the queue is long because of the inefficiency of using a small tablet as payment system. And the cashier keeps coughing without a mask when packing the bread. the hygiene standard is concerning here. Atmosphere - the shop is small and the customer flow isnt quite smooth, people are all stuck and blocking the entrance as they place all the available items in one shelf there, instead of making use of the inner space/ shelves. Again, it looks like it’s for their own convenience (not for customers) so they can clean up the empty shelves earlier.
