Tried the cute collaboration between Hashtag B and Nap Tea. The Earl Grey Mochi Tart is my favourite — fluffy milk foam like a soft blanket, fragrant bergamot tea, and chewy brown sugar mochi in the middle, all on a crispy floral tart shell. The mini peach pineapple bun was refreshing and light. Their classic butter croissant and chocolate danish crisp up beautifully in the air fryer. Lovely treats for sharing or breakfast. Highly recommended for a relaxing sweet moment!

You could say it's all about that Damn Dan Tat! Hehe! Hashtag B is a popular, modern Hong Kong bakery chain that has gained viral fame from influencers, primarily through Instagram, for its creative reinventions of classic local pastries. It is currently considered a top rival to the famous Bakehouse in the city's "egg tart wars". I was fortunate enough to stay in Causeway Bay while doing work in Hong Kong. I had no idea I was in the center of the friendly "egg tart wars". I ended up going to ten different bakeries sampling and comparing the delicious Egg Tarts and I do admit Hashtag B for being the new kid on the block... has to be up there with Bakehouse. The flakiness and filling in B is for Beyond! On my first visit to Hashtag B Hong Kong I ended up getting all sorts of baked goodies. Sadly the only thing missing was the Portuguese Egg Tarts. However, I did get a myriad of delicious bites including: Pistachio Croissant, Coconut Tart, and Pineapple Bun or as my ex would yell "Bolo Bao 菠蘿包! Lol yes, I guess

Hashtag b bakery 🧋What if you could turn a bubble tea into an egg tart?! Hashtag B bakery is back with a new collab, Nap Tea, with a series of tea-forward baked goods. Earl grey milk foam mochi tart 🌟5/5 I’ve always been a fan of their super crispy and flaky tart shells. 🍑The peach flavour is subtle with some floral notes and the slightly salty milk foam (exactly how it’s like on a bubble tea) was surprisingly light at top. Recommend to eat it asap to retain the crispiness of the tart and the chewiness of the mochi! Oolong peach pineapple bun 🌟5/5 🍞Fluffy oolong bun paired with lots of mini peach cubes inside. The crust is buttery and doesn’t overpower the peach filling. Great take on the peach oolong drink! Butter mochi 🌟5/5 This seems to be the latest trend all over social media! ☕️I tried their coffee flavour and I understood the hype. Imagine a gigantic tteokbokki but with a crispy shell! They came in these cute chestnut shapes and is great as a quick snack! Strawberry flat bun 🌟4.5/5 🍓The smell of this caught my attention. The strawberry flavour was very fragrant and the shiny top looked delish. This tasted exactly how it looked, juicy strawberries on pillow-y bread.
