Ordered a flat white (honey Ethiopian option). Milk work and extraction acceptable, but exceedingly poor bean choice for milk-based drinks. Said bean would probably be well suited for black filter, but does not hold up well for milk drinks. Flat white had very little character, and honey process did not come through.

Great coffee, I can actually taste the difference when different beans are used. Some other coffee shops offer their own selection too, but I often find it doesn’t make too noticeable of a change. The staff are always kind and helpful in giving their recommendations if you’re unsure about what to go for.

It’s a place you can tell they care about how their coffee is made. The white I had was exceptional! The flavour notes were brought out from the coffee extraction. Staff were friendly to explain the menu and nice too. Definitely a must come and must come back!

I love this modern minimalist design coffee shop. Reminds me of the batcave from nolans batman. Saw this from a vlog and had to try it. Had the cappuccino that was very good you could actually taste the beans which you could choose. The barista was also courteous. They had a lot of costumers and it was like 8am in the morning. I recommend this cafe if you visit hongkong.
