Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

⭐⭐⭐ Visited DimDimSum in Mong Kok and had a chance to try some traditional Hong Kong dim sum. The food was fresh, nicely presented, and seemed authentic to the local style. However, as an Indian, I personally found the flavours a little different from what I’m used to. The taste is quite subtle and not as spicy or strongly seasoned, so it may not suit everyone’s palate. I would say the food is good if you enjoy authentic local flavours, but for Indian taste buds, it may feel a little bland. Overall, it was a good experience to try something different while exploring Mong Kok. 🇭🇰🥟

Great spot for a quick and satisfying dim sum meal in Mong Kok. Fresh, flavorful, and served promptly. The shrimp dumplings and Chicken feet were especially delicious, and the prices were reasonable for Hong Kong and everything arrived HOT and quickly despite the restaurant being busy. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic dim sum in Hong Kong, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended! Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I’d definitely come back for another casual dim sum meal!

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The standout dishes for us were the Yang Chow fried rice, shu mai, stir-fried seafood noodles (not pictured), and stir-fried beef noodles. The noodles had just the right amount of chew and a satisfying wok hei flavor. Our server was attentive and friendly, and even joked with us at the end of our meal, which made the experience even more enjoyable. They were also able to accommodate our party of six, along with a child's stroller, which we appreciated. Cons: We were seated next to the door, so although the restaurant itself was well air-conditioned, we could still feel the hot, humid air every time the door opened. Also, we were charged $5 for a glass of iced water, which appeared to be tap water.

Since it was my last night in Hong Kong, I decided to go for dim sum. I walked past this restaurant and noticed it was quite busy, which is always a good sign. The wontons were delicious, and the deep-fried dumplings with wasabi filling were so good! The service was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable for what I got. I'd happily come back again.

Went back after 7 years during my 1-day stay in Hong Kong because I remembered how much I enjoyed eating here when I was still working in the city. We ordered their set meal for two, and the portions were more generous than I expected. The food was good overall, although it tasted a bit different from how I remembered it years ago. Still, it was nice to revisit a place that brought back fond memories.
