About 富軒
富軒 is a Cantonese and dim sum restaurant in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, at 香港島銅鑼灣告士打道311號6/F. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. This is an upstairs shop: the way in is usually through the building lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.
Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. Dim sum restaurants usually charge a per-person tea fee, and dishes are priced by size; weekend mornings from about 10:00 to lunchtime are the busiest, and many places give out queue tickets. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 07:00–23:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2838 3318. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first.
It has a Google rating of 3.7 out of 5 from 375 reviews. Opinions are mixed but broadly steady, and the latest reviews are the best guide to what to expect.
Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving.

Had dinner with the family here and selected some of the package deals including a Sickling Pig / Peking Duck / Lobster with yee-Mein noodle for $818…. Both the pig & duck were crispy and delicious…. Although the lobster was a bit small…. The dishes were set and came quick quickly but the dish that stood out was the steam fish… it was done perfectly with alot of onions and suggest you taking it with a bowl of rice!! The place gets a bit noisy when it’s full, but still manageable and quite normal for Chinese restaurants. Seating is comfortable and pretty standard as well. Service was good as we had a good waiter that was smiling and helpful! We also received free red bean soup dessert at the end of the meal. The meal costed $1,900 for 6pax including service charge. A good place for a decent Chinese dinner if you are looking for a gathering and don’t want to spend an arm and leg! Restaurant is in Windsor House and you also get 3-hour free parking upon spending more than $500 at the mall, may vary between weekday and weekend.

Delicious food. Quick service but can be a little inaccessible if you're not familiar with Windsor House. We always eat here when celebrating special occasions with family or just meeting friends.

Had a great dinner in this restaurant that we randomly found. The serving was great and it was value for money for the package they served. The suckling pig was great, the Peking duck was crispy too! Not to mention the lobster and the noddles that went with it. Fantastic in one word and it tasted great. Will come back another day to try the Dim Sum.

Dim sum restaurant frequented by locals. Visited on a random Wednesday afternoon well after the peak lunch period and it was still rather packed. Service is the typical no-nonsense transactional kind, but dim sum is still top-notch. Loved the char Siew bun, crispy exterior but soft and fluffy on the inside with a tasty meaty filling. Chee Cheong fun was something unique too, first time I’ve seen zucchini as part of the filling (usually only prawns) but it provided an extra flavour to the dish!

2021.05.18 Dinner. Gathering with friends, total 12 people sitting in 3 tables of 4 each. Good service, very helpful and caring. Food is nice and value for money. Big portions very enough for everyone. And roast chicken was upgraded to roast goose as we confirmed booking in advance being early bird offer, so good. Like to go again, and try their dimsum next time.
