Popular Japanese and Korean restaurants often take online bookings or queue tickets, and omakase counters usually ask for a deposit.

Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

Long time no visit Fukuro but they’re still killing it! Went after 7s and the food was so yummy. The clams dish is super cute and refreshing, perfect starter to kick off the meal. Super buttery mentaiko pasta, quite yums but 2 bites enough. Only thing is the caramelized corn was a bit too sweet for me, but everything else was solid. No complaints!

The service was friendly and the ambiance was pleasant but the food didn't quite meet my expectations. The sashimi portions were small, and the Mentaiko pasta was overly buttery, lacking the distinct Mentaiko flavor. I found the caramelized corns to be an interesting concept, though it was too sweet for my palate and lacked the side of cream pictured online. The eel rice was tasty, but the butter in the rice was unnecessary. I would prefer it without butter, as the richness overshadowed the original flavors of the dish.

Amazing service, amazing food, amazing atmosphere! Real 90s and retro vibes with welcoming and inclusive staff. Highly, highly recommend the corn (they gave me an extra free plate too!) and the vanilla bean non-alcoholic sencha. Staff were friendly and accommodated to dietary needs and the elderly.

Came for dinner on a Sunday evening without reservation but the staff at door assisted me with a counter seat very fast. First impression at door was quite good. - the food : sashimi : so standard choices of sashimi : salmon, scallop and another fish which I had no idea cuz waiter didnt tell me what’s on the plate Clams: the only good dish of the dinner. Tomato salad, veggie tempura, edamame : just ok, not bad but nothing special And then the disappointment began, with the waiter ( there was 2 guys running the floor, shorter one was the one served me) Order food and cocktail with him, he forgot my cocktail until I had to remind. Then second time, order veggie tempura with adding prawn, he forgot the prawn and I was waiting to see if he noticed. Turned out he didnt know until I checked the bill and told him those prawn tempura never came. And as apology he complimentary that dish for me. Appreciate that but how about not forgetting in the first place? Also, asking for the bill and i think he forgot again…until I kept looking at him. It wasn’t that busy to be honest. Wanted to try few more dishes n drinks but the forgetting and taking time to remind the waiter every single time I
