Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving.

Very good here. Portions are half the size of what we are used to back at home in Vancouver. Peking duck is extra good the way they presented it 😋. The fried rice is 👍 👌. The honey garlic spare ribs were a bit dry. The cauliflower dish was good, it came with many little veggies and bacon! Meal came to about $1400 HKD which is about $280 CAD. Food price is equivalent to Vancouver. You arent going to save much money, but good thing they dont expect tip.

As Zither Garden is located in the Lee Theatre Plaza, the restaurant likely has a refined, elegant atmosphere befitting of its high-quality cuisine. Zither Garden's signature dish is their roasted Beijing-style stuffed duck. This is the must-try on their menu. In addition to the signature duck dish, the drunken chicken is also very delicious. At Zither Garden, another must-try dish is the crab roe lo mein. This dish is absolutely loaded with delicious crab roe, which is incredibly flavorful and indulgent. Overall, Zither Garden appears to be an excellent choice for authentic, delicious Chinese dishes, particularly their signature roasted Beijing duck and the equally praised drunken chicken.

The Peking duck was good but nothing very special. We enjoyed the slightly crispy skin and succulent duck meat. The wraps were served hot and had the right thickness. The Dan Dan noodles had a fairly bland broth. Also, the decor looks more like a local Cha Chaan Teng rather than a restaurant.

The Chinese restaurant claimed they are the Specilist in roasted Peking duck and we finally had a chance to taste it. Overall the food and service was alright. The Peking duck we ordered was of the original flavour, not the one marinated with wine. The price is better than expected. The duck meat was tender and the the dish came with wrappers and many kind of sauces and ingredients included honeydew melon, green onion, Beijing sauce, yellow plum sauce, etc. All paired well with the roasted duck. Food: 4/5 Service: 4.5/5 Ambience: 3/5 - tables are packed & loud.

I went to eat Peking Duck with Mommy. I chose this restaurant because their duck recipe origin from Quanjude. It should taste good. The new restaurant decorated with a modern touch and is very comfortable. For Peking duck, I chose the original flavor, and the price is better than expected. The duck meat is tender and softer than I thought, with thin skin and not too greasy. Dip the duck cake with sugar, and then slowly taste the roast duck. There are several types of ingredients used to wrap the duck: honeydew melon, green onion white silk, Beijing sauce, yellow plum sauce, all of which are indispensable. The Beijing sauce is strong but not salty, and it is just right when paired with roast duck. In addition to the Peking duck, we also ordered a four-color platter, pickled fish, iced abalone, and xiaolongbao, which were quite rich. The four-color mixed chicken shredded cold skin and crystal meat are both delicious. The sauerkraut fish here can be ordered for one person, for those of us who want to eat everything but are afraid of eating too much. The sauerkraut fish, although it is a small bowl, has enough ingredients and the fish meat is smooth and the soup is very clear
