When choosing a restaurant, check whether the menu shows prices and the service charge, whether you need to book, and whether there are vegetarian or children's options. Restaurants must hold a licence from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, usually displayed inside. Lunar New Year, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve are peak booking times, and some restaurants offer set menus or add a surcharge on festive days, so ask ahead. Spice levels at Thai, Vietnamese and other Asian restaurants can usually be adjusted, so say so when ordering.
Opening hours: Mon–Sat 11:30–22:00, Sun closed. It is open 6 days a week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. Phone: 9507 4272. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work.
Customers give it an average of 4.5 out of 5 on Google (120 reviews), a high score by any measure.
Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

The dried noodles are great and flavourful. The drilled chicken thigh is supposed to be thigh….. not chicken breast……. It the most fibrous and lean and dry meat I’ve ever eaten, probably from gym bro daily chicken breast smoothie leftovers….😭 Then there were one eyelash and unknown black ‘threads’ in my soap😭😭 I cannot😭 So sad. The waiters waitresses look very indigenous and all speak Thai….. they arrange the menus and plates in the empty tables so often that they don’t care to take away my finished plates😭 The music is good, very nostalgic…

Came here for lunch. I travel to Thailand monthly for work, so I have a specific baseline for these flavors. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite hit the mark for HK prices. The Kra Pao pork belly was dry, overly salty, and lacked balance (no hint of sweetness). It seemed like the basil was pre-fried and tossed on at the end rather than cooked into the dish, resulting in zero basil aroma. It felt more like a Westernized version of the dish. My friend’s boat noodles tasted like they were made from a generic, store-bought paste with no depth of flavor—honestly, a 50-baht street stall in Bangkok does it better. That said, the brisket itself was decent (similar to local Chinese brisket). I really want to support local HK eateries, but the quality needs to be there for such staple dishes at around $100 HKD per plate. On the positive side, the service was very fast and the presentation was decent.

This newly opened Thai restaurant in Central takes a mid- to upscale restaurant-and-bar approach. I ordered the stir-fried prawn pad Thai and a lime soda. The presentation was appealing, and while the noodles were standard, the prawns—with their rich roe intact—were the highlight of the meal. Service was average, and the kitchen appeared to be staffed by Thai chefs. That said, prices are steep, and the host initially seated me at a bar-facing wall despite several empty tables—a small but telling lapse in hospitality.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere, and the chef “Chef Lenk” is Thai with extensive experience. The flavors of all the dishes are very authentic. My favorites are the Tom Yum Soup and Grilled Pork Belly. The staff is very friendly too. If you're looking to have dinner or drinks with friends at night, this is definitely the best choice for you, with a prime location!

Chef Lenk—formerly head chef of Asia’s #3 restaurant NUSARA—brings 18 years of Thai-Western finesse to this vibrant Lan Kwai Fong spot. The menu is bold, social, and built for sharing, with flavors that pop both on the palate and on camera. 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 ▪️Papaya Salad with Salted Egg | loaded with shrimp and salted egg - such a unique combo, and somehow all those flavors just worked together ▪️Pork Laab | tangy, light, and spicy with just enough heat to keep you reaching for more. A perfect opener. ▪️Thai Shrimp Toast with Chili Dip | crunchy, golden, and addictive. That chili tomato salsa adds a punch. 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙥𝙨 & 𝙈𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨 ▪️Tom Yum Kung Soup | classic comfort—aromatic, sour, and fiery with plump prawns. ▪️Beef Bone Marrow Dried Noodles | soft yet springy noodles, layered with bold Thai spices and a rich peanut aroma. Deeply satisfying and unique!! ▪️Boat Noodle Soup ▪️Boat Noodle Hotpot (Dinner Only) •Japanese Wagyu Chuck Roll Set Meal •US Beef Oyster Blade Set Meal 𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙨 ▪️Coconut Pandan Pudding | the pandan has a mochi-like texture in contrast with the coconut pudding, personally quite like this one~ 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙨 ▪️Mango Smoothie ▪️Fresh Coconut Water _______________ 📍Here T
