Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. Spice levels at Thai, Vietnamese and other Asian restaurants can usually be adjusted, so say so when ordering.
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 12:00–24:00, Sat–Sun 13:00–24:00. It is open seven days a week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. You can call 5950 4721; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp. More information is on its website, instagram.com.
It has a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 106 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.
Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

The Thai restaurant was located on the terrace garden of the pier to Discovery Bay. It was a bit windy at night but the scene was great. Order was made at the cashier. Set meals were available. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were offered. The Thai food was very good. During winter time, heaters were provided to keep the place warmer. Waitresses were actively clearing the finished dishes. Hot water was given. The guests were quite noisy after drinking the beer and wine. The place was better for group gathering.

Nice Thai food at a reasonable price with a good range of beers. A very reasonably priced set lunch menu as well. When the weather is reasonable and not too hot its a great location to sit and enjoy the good weather with friends. You do get some fumes from the ferries at the pier, but the view of the greatest Skyline in the world, good food, great drinks more than make up for that. I will definitely return.
