There are no signs on the outside. They offer daily specials and everything tastes great.

I visited here at 7:45pm on Thursday. There were a lot of empty seats inside. There were a variety of choices for the dinner including the dinner sets, fried noddles, fried rice and Chinese casserole. I ordered a Satay Fried Beef Short Ribs with Enoki Mushroom & Glass Noodles in Broth, and a Curry Beef Brisket & Taro Pot. They were average. The food was not hot enough for a Chinese casserole. One very unacceptable thing for the restaurant is their tablewares. The tablewares can be taken by opening the drawer of the dining table by the customers themselves. All the tablewares inside were extremely oily which were like haven’t been washed at all. Service was not efficient enough comparing to the restaurants nearby. Price was acceptable.

Food: Affordable, you get what you pay for. Very large selection on menu. You'll find anything you like in a Cha Chan Teng. Peanut butter french toast was nice and better than a lot of other restaurants. It contained 3 slices of bread which was generous. Can't complain about the food. Vibe: Plenty of seats inside. Service was quick, cash only though. They also have a bakery and sell their own pastries. A grassroot establishment with a lot of loud old men. Not exactly clean but not exactly dirty either. I recommend this place if you're craving Cha Chan Teng, it's easy and food is decent!

Really like the iced red bean with taro ice cream - the flavours go really well together. Enjoyed the French toast with peanut butter too, the condensed milk gives a hint of milky sweetness to it and pairs with the peanut butter. The sandwich was decent enough, well, it is what it is. Plenty of seats and the service is efficient.
