Cha chaan teng and bing sutt menus are long, running from milk tea, pineapple buns and toast to rice plates, macaroni soup and fried noodles, with set menus at breakfast and tea time. The office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00) is the busiest, so come earlier or later for a calmer meal; many shops pin the day's specials and prices on the wall. You can ask for no ice, less sugar or a hot drink instead when ordering; the set meals of the day usually change daily.
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 07:30–17:00, Sat 08:00–17:00, Sun closed. That makes 6 working days a week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. You can call 3489 8028; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there.
At 4.0 out of 5 on Google (501 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Kwun Tong is part of the Kwun Tong District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating. Many Kwun Tong industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios; note the building name and floor, as access can differ in the evening and at weekends.

Quite a typical HK restaurant. Packed with people. The milk tea is very traditional and really milky. Super smooth. I really didnt expect much from the fried noodles but they're quitr nice. Not too dry, tasty seasoning and quite a nice portion. Ok choice.

I was in Hong Kong for almost two weeks, and a family member took me to this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. The tea was amazing I honestly have never had such great milk tea in my life. I’ve never tasted milk tea like this anywhere in Hong Kong before. I will definitely visit again and again for both the food and the tea. 100% highly recommended to visit and try their food.

This tea restaurant has a wonderful old Hong Kong vibe, with a menu that offers a wide variety of dishes just like the classic Hong Kong cafe. Their set meals (instant noodles with toast and a side) and fried instant noodles are both tasty and nostalgic. The “碟頭飯” also delivers a solid flavor. It’s a great choice for those looking to relive the 80-90s HK dining experience!

Rather crowded during the lunch so don't expect any attentive services. Food and Milk Tea was not bad for the price. 3.5 stars.
