放工同朋友去咗翹楚冰室歎地道港式晚餐！呢度地方乾淨闊落，無論自己一個食定同成班朋友食都有位坐🤗 晚市套餐選擇多又抵食，由港式鐵板西餐到經典燒味應有盡有

發現觀塘新開咗一間茶餐廳，夜晚收工同friend就嚟試吓～就係東廣場隔離，呢間應該係我食過咁多茶餐廳以嚟最大嘅一間～ 我哋每人叫咗份是日晚餐 🍱日式照燒雞扒伴鰻魚 $82 份量夠大！超大塊雞扒，燒得香口又幾入味，表面夠乾身但入面又唔會乾柴，食落成塊都好有層次。至於鰻魚油脂夠、味道又夠濃郁，配埋個照燒汁真係幾夾～ 🐓蒜香吊燒雞（半隻）$85 好正！三個字「香、脆、嫩」～ 雞皮烤到金黃酥脆夠乾身，但中間肉質嫩滑唔柴又夠juicy同埋入味～唔哂點醬汁都好好味，另外配埋是日時蔬！ 另外晚餐奉送羅宋湯/忌廉湯/中湯🥣及熱飲😋 +$9轉特飲，揀咗🫘紅豆冰 甜度啱啱好，起沙紅豆份量超多、奶味夠重我鍾意～ 整體嚟講幾抵食🤤份量大味道正🙌餐廳環境寬敞、坐落舒適～ 📍翹楚冰室 🔎 觀塘成業街11號華成工商中心地下2號舖

觀塘區🚇不嬲都多好嘢食🍽️，今次俾我發掘到呢間街坊力推嘅🏠翹楚冰室。餐廳入面嘅環境非常闊落🛋️，裝修走摩登得嚟又帶點懷舊嘅📸香港冰室風格。座位大部分都係舒服嘅💺卡位，而且更特設 VIP 房間。 佢哋個🥣燉湯晚餐，只需$82就有齊靚湯小菜同🥤飲品。 時日燉湯係🤤蟲草花豬肉燉湯，入口非常清甜😋，真係飲得出老火燉製嘅❤️心機。 小菜方面我就揀咗🍆魚香茄子，熱辣辣上枱超級🔥惹味。啲茄子索晒啲肉碎同醬汁嘅🍚精華，用嚟送飯簡直係一流嘅💯配搭。 另外是日晚餐都一樣咁抵食，我哋揀咗晚市燒味自選🍖大三元套餐，只需$85真係抵到爛💰。佢有燒鵝叉燒同貴妃雞等好多款📝選擇，甚至連佛山煙蹄同鹵水牛展都有得揀🥩，真係花多眼亂😲，而且啲燒味係佢哋自製嘅，質素絕對係有保證！ 我最後揀咗玫瑰🐔豉油雞、燒鵝🦆，仲有脆皮🐷腩子。 豉油雞好🥢滑溜，燒鵝皮脆肉嫩✨，而個脆皮腩子真係做到卜卜脆嘅🥰口感。 呢個餐仲奉送🍅羅宋湯，酸酸甜甜咁非常之🤤開胃。 最後飲品方面我哋加錢揀咗🥤特飲，分別係紅豆冰同埋🍹利賓納雜果冰。一上枱真係🤩嚇親，因為杯嘢飲勁大杯而且用料🧊十足。紅豆冰底層有滿滿嘅🫘起沙紅豆，而雜果冰入面有好多鮮甜🍓水果粒。飲落❄️透心涼，為呢餐畫上一個完美嘅🎉句號。
