When choosing a restaurant, check whether the menu shows prices and the service charge, whether you need to book, and whether there are vegetarian or children's options. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon closed, Tue–Sun 12:00–22:00. It is open 6 days a week. It opens on Sunday too, like most places to eat in Hong Kong. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2572 5207; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. Its website is facebook.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving.

I’ve been here for the first time for lunch. The place is no so big but still have many tables and sits. The portions are not so big but the quality is there. The preserved sausages on rice was my favorite but also the porridge with roasted duck was delicious, and the duck meat was very juicy.

Moved in from a street stall to this air-conditioned shop. Some says standard have dropped ever since the father stepped down but I still find the food good and will always visit when near the area. The glutinous rice with Chinese sausages. and rice flat noodles with egg is always a good supper. The pork skin and radish is good as well. Other small snacks and desserts are equally tasty.

This place is listed in the Michelin Guide so I decided to come and check it out. Visited on a weekday evening and the queue was still pretty okay, with about 3 pairs in front of me. Didn't take long before I entered and was shown to a table. Had a look at the menu, quite a number of interesting dishes to try. Already had in mind what to try the only problem was whether I could finish it. Decided to go ahead with ordering three dishes and the portions for each dish looked pretty standard for one person. Had the sharks fin soup with fish paste, to me I felt it was okay, slightly better when some vinegar is added. The dish was overall okay, nothing to shout about. Then came the pan fried rice roll. Looked interesting and kinda uncommon because rice rolls are usually eaten steamed. Loved the flavours with the addition of egg, dried shrimps and the sauce. Would recommend this dish. Then came the main which was the glutinous rice with two types of sausage. Another lovely dish rich in flavours and very tasty, every ingredient just complimented each other well. The preserved sausage was good but the duck liver dried sausage might be an either you like or dislike it thing in the dish. Over

The inclusion on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list for so many years is puzzling. Aside from the wok-fried rice rolls, most dishes were underwhelming. The beef and chicken congee were cottony but tasteless. The sticky rice with preserved sausages came in a tiny portion with just a few small pieces of sausage—nothing like the menu photo showing a bowl full. The rice also had an unpleasant "old" smell. The soy sauce fried noodles were dry and completely flavorless. Despite only a few customers in the restaurant, the staff kept loudly chanting, “It’s just me, you’ll have to wait, and it’s cash only!” over and over, without addressing anyone in particular. A truly disappointing experience.

For seating you need to order at least 40 HKD per person, we arrived before 18:00 for short waiting, after we finished we saw the big waitingrow outside. Service was fast and food was savoury delicious. Trying out this Michelin star rated restaurant Keung kee. Simplicity have made this restaurant famous. They have enough famous Hong Kong dishes. The imitation sharkfin soup taste good, not too salty just about right, I only miss the shark fin structures. The wok fried rice rolls have a nice chewy structure.
