Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. Dim sum restaurants usually charge a per-person tea fee, and dishes are priced by size; weekend mornings from about 10:00 to lunchtime are the busiest, and many places give out queue tickets. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 11:00–23:00. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2880 0112. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. Its website is chinatownhk.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.
It has a Google rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 329 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.
Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

Really good Cantonese dishes. Staffs were helpful and patient with recommending us dishes as well, and they were all excellent. On the pricier side but the food quality matches.

Great! Touch noisy particularly near the back / dish clean up area but excellent goose, steamed grouper, scallop rice.

The food was really average, some good and some bad, the fried chicken with seasame was above average, the skin was very crispy, but the meat was a little dry. The roasted pork was a joke, it’s cold and the skin wasn’t crispy at all. The prawn in curry and coconut sauce was not good, it’s overcooked, the prawn became very chewy, the na’an (pancake) that goes with the prawn sauce was a disaster, it’s so oily. The steamed and stir fried fish was very good. The worst for this restaurant was the washroom (toilet), it’s so dirty, wet and smelly. This is not a fast food restaurant, for the amount of money they charge, they should do a better job cleaning up their washroom. It’s disgusting!!!!!!

Orient Cuisine was a solid choice for our meal. We enjoyed large prawns in a creamy curry, paired with 手抓餅. A twist on 四季豆 included sea cucumbers, which added a nice touch. The sweet and sour pork was a good option as well. The upstairs seating was comfortable for our dining experience.

Nice small Chinese restaurant tucked away in the middle of wanchai. the food is excellent and they have some unique dishes as well as traditional favorites such as sweet and sour pork. Peking duck is well done and the crepe they use is the thin and elastic type so the flavor of the duck is highlighted. definitely a great place to have a good meal with the family If u want something more than the average affairs.
