Enjoyed the service and ambiance. Spacious area and relaxed environment. The meat was tender and paired with the horseradish was delicious. Really like the cream spinach as well! Not a fan of the salad dressing though

Service was pleasant and attentive, but the food overall was just average. The prime rib came with horseradish, which was a surprise, though the meat wasn’t served at the ideal temperature. Desserts were disappointing and failed to impress. The pacing of the meal felt rushed, as if guests were expected to finish within 90 minutes for the next seating. Tables were placed very close together, making it easy to overhear other conversations. With prices on the higher side, the overall experience didn’t feel like good value.

Fantastic place you need to get the meat truck. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. I loved the Yorkshire pudding, gravy and horse radish sauce! A unique institution

Disappointed with the entire experience. Salad was slightly wilted, wanted prime rib medium and they said ok but they only had 1 rib in the cart it was medium rare so thats what we got, other Lawry’s always had 2 or 3 ribs in card of various cooking degrees. Meat quality was not impressive i don’t this is US beef. Mashed potatoes had a funky flavor. Service was mediocre, we had to refill our own wine and servers never came by after food was brought out unless you flagged them down. Very expensive for mediocre food and service. Bangkok location is 10x better

The food is great — the roast beef steak is absolutely outstanding. However, the customer service is a bit below the standard you’d expect from such a classy restaurant. The seating is comfortable. All in all, the food and atmosphere save the day, though I hope the service can become more attentive and engaging.
