Offering a "Breads & Boutique" concept, the bakery shop provides freshly baked bread products made with high-quality Japanese flour. A variety of breads are baked on-site, and there are also Hong Kong-exclusive "MERCI!" series made with Mon cher's signature Hokkaido milk cream.
