Was here for a late lunch on a holiday. No queue as it was late during lunch hour. Can choose different kind of food to be added into noodles as well as choosing different kind of noodles. The only down side is that cannot choose level of spiciness.

One of my personal Top 3 cart noodles in Hong Kong. Aside from the famous spot on Tang Lung Street, there’s also a great stall near Times Square. The interior has a nostalgic vibe—decor filled with old Hong Kong items and posters, which adds a lot of character. Whenever I eat cart noodles, I always go for oil noodles. This time I paired them with five-spice beef brisket, satay fish balls, and pork belly. The sauce mix was chili plus satay—flavorful without being overly spicy. The pork belly really lived up to the hype, definitely worth recommending. Another solid cart noodle spot in Causeway Bay that’s worth a try!

5/5 enjoyment. Everything from the store retro vibe to the massive bowl of noodles w/ your pick of favorite toppings. Loved it, would recommend to friends. 2 bowls of noodles w/ 2 ice lemon tea came out to ~144 hkd.

I think I ordered too much because the portion was bigger than I thought, and I had trouble finishing it. The taste and texture were okay, but I felt like the flavours didn't quite sink in. I guess broth needs more work on the flavour. You should totally try the innards and tendons, though. The restaurant is nice and clean. Overall, it's a good choice in Causeway Bay.

One of the better 車仔麵 in the Causeway Bay area in terms of cleanliness and their portion size. The white raddish was sweet and tasty but their beef brisket was average. Their special chilli sauce was nice but the 腩汁 soup base was lacking taste. The beef offal was not bad but the temperature was luke warm when arrived.
