recommend Pork liver congeeee!!! so crunchy n tender. house specialty wonton noodles were perfectly cooked. stir fried rice noodles with beef has a huge portion:D black sesame and almond tea both thick and rich

A refined taste wonton noodle soup that serves traditional Cantonese flavor. The wonton skin is silky and smooth, the broth is clear yet tasty, and the noodle has a bit of chewy texture but still smooth in some ways. The restaurant is mid-sized, nice and bright. Unlike the HongKong stereotyped, the staff are so attentive, knowledgable, friendly and helpful too. It is such a good option when you are in the area. Not only it is suitable for family with kids, the food is delicious as well.

I always make a stop here whenever I'm in HK. The wontons and shui gao are always comforting, but it is the 炸兩 I come for. It is my favorite because the rice noodles part is super thin and the 油條 is always crispy. The soy sauce is also perfect... not too salty with a hint of sweetness. The restaurant gets packed very quickly so either go when they open or after the lunch rush. They also have one of my favorite items 炸鯪魚球 fried dace fish balls. If you're looking for a solid HK Cantonese food experience, this place does a pretty good job.

Not quite Michelin wow for me. Located on the 12th floor, restaurant is super easy to find, so no complaints there. Service and setup are solid, as you’d expect. Now for the food… it’s not bad at all, just not really my kind of taste. Flavors lean more mild and simple, which might suit some people, but I was personally expecting something a bit more exciting given the Michelin label. At this price point, I wanted to be impressed, not just satisfied. Congee was probably the highlight, nicely balanced and comforting. Everything else was decent, just didn’t quite stand out. Overall, it’s an okay experience. But for the same price, I might honestly go for a cha chaan teng that hits the spot better for my taste. Also, heads up: there are extra charges if you’re planning any celebrations here. Would I come back? Maybe not~ but still worth trying once if you’re curious about a Michelin take on classic dishes.

The BEST wonton noodle ever?! Maybe, yes. There is maybe only other place in the world that matches Ho Hung Kee's Michelin rated wontons & noodle soup, but it's in San Francisco. It was so good, we went twice. The second time we each got our own bowl. The first time our host made us "share" the tiny bowl of 4 wontons and perfectly cooked noodles, in delicious broth. The following night, I ordered the Large which had 6 wontons. Now I was satisfied. The beef chow fun was also one the best that I've tasted. Tender beef, smokey flavor. Hard to find: Take the elevator to the top floor (8th?) Get off and find the escalators and go up to the 10th floor. It seems like the best restaurants in Taiwan/Japan/Asia are on the top floors above the shopping malls and retails stores. So when in Hong Kong, you must try and see for yourself if its the best in the world or not.
