Came at dinner rush; turnover was quick and seating efficient. Staff handled orders clearly. Snacks first: crispy tofu puffs stuffed with shrimp paste—airy shell, springy filling, works well with the sweet‑chili dip. The Signature Hotpot Rice Noodles had a robust. Sliced fatty beef was tender. The Coconut Chicken Rice Noodles offered a different mood—milky broth with gentle coconut sweetness; yellow‑skin chicken was smooth and clean. Portions are solid. Comforting soups, fresh fried snacks, and swift service. A reliable stop when you want a fast, warming bowl without fuss.

This “Copper Pot Rice Noodles" shop has opened and had shops in Kowloon. A new store was opened in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island only about 10 days. There are a lot of people queuing up at noon. Digital code system available and it was convenient for ordering. They mainly serve rice noodles, Yunnan Kunming flavor. Rice, porridge, rice noodles and snacks are provided. Some dishes tried: Three fresh copper nest rice noodles: there are pork brisket, pork spirulina, as well as minced meat, sprouts, sauerkraut, rotten skin, shredded wood ear and sweet sauerkraut as ingredients, $70 seems to be not a big bowl, but the portion is also large for the ladies. There are many slices of pork brisket and pork liver in it, so it's enough. The price is a little more expensive than that of other stores. But the taste is better than that of other rice noodles in the same district of Causeway Bay (such as Jinxinan) in terms of flavor and choice of ingredients. Pork chops, glutinous rice cake, Hainan pepper pork belly chicken and so on are all delicious. We can try the others again.
