剛去鳳凰邨試了這家全港唯一的富硒雞蛋蛋捲，真的驚艷！蛋捲一打開就聞到濃郁蛋香，咬下去酥脆到掉渣，完全不油膩。最特別是用了富硒雞蛋，吃得出來蛋味比普通蛋捲厚實一層，回甘帶點鮮甜，感覺比普通蛋捲更健康。包裝簡約復古，送禪或者自己食都啱。全港獨家，蛋捲控必試！🥚✨

As a Brit working in Hong Kong for a bit, my local colleague forced a box of Phoenix egg rolls on me as a goodbye gift. Bloody hell – they're good! The original is buttery and crumbly, coconut one is light and not too sweet, and the black sesame? Absolute cracker. Perfect with a cuppa (or jasmine tea, if you want to be authentic). Seriously, these are way better than those sad biscuits we have back home. Proper Hong Kong classic. My whole family back in London loved them. Will be smuggling boxes next trip. Cheers to my HK mate for the tip – highly recommend if you're after a proper local souvenir.
