Not even deserved to get a 1 star… This company Universal Funeral Parlour ruined and messed up the funeral of my brother. The director set up the date and time in a written agreement, but after we paid in full he called us a day before the viewing saying to come right away to see the body of my brother. (that was not the date of the viewing) He is saying in a bad attitude that if we dont come right away it will be rescheduled again on another weeks. Everything was already set up. The ticket of the families who are going to the Phils, the announcement to the relatives and friends who Are supposedly coming on the date of the agreement, then surprisingly He changed everything. We are In the midst of grieving and mourning when HE MESSED UP everything😡

This is a place that that nobody like to visit . If you need to come here, that means that you need to say the last good bye to your love ones or your friends. It's a pity that at my last trip to Hong Kong, within 2 months , I needed to come here for 3 times, so very sad. At one of the visits, I saw so many flower arrangements and police.
