Aubrey Hong Kong. A definite must! Very unique concept of mixing famous brit infatuated with Japan with nearly traditional Japanese cuisine and perfectly executed Italian hospitality proving the management. We don’t know who was in charge of the interior design but it is super dialed! The three whales that hold it all together are the chef, the bartender and the boss of this establishment Leonardo. Great drinks at the beautiful bar, chef delivers his special take on different parts of tuna. Lots of uni. Cheesecake with crème fresh and high quality black caviar is a must! As I mentioned before under careful and very personal supervision of Leonardo the place is an absolute magic be it lunch or dinner service. Next time we in Hong Kong we make sure we come late Friday night for a DJ set. Thank you Aubrey for taking care of us.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and experience at The Aubrey inside Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. The space combines Japanese inspired design, creative cocktails, music, and panoramic Victoria Harbour views into one of the most stylish bar experiences in Hong Kong. The cocktail menu was very creative and beautifully presented, with excellent attention to detail in both flavors and presentation. The atmosphere feels vibrant and sophisticated at the same time, especially during sunset and evening hours overlooking the skyline. Service was attentive and welcoming throughout the visit, and the overall energy of the venue made it easy to stay for hours. A fantastic place in Hong Kong for cocktails, views, and a more elevated nightlife experience.

The food and service was amazing, some of the cocktails were very interesting but highly recommend then "Shenzen Sour" it was great. The staff were very attentive, but also allowed us to enjoy our meal. Expensive, but if you're looking for a good date night. It's worth it.

Thank you manager Leonardo and Kezia who took care of our table! The service was impeccable here. We had a very enjoyable time here without feeling rushed, and the water was always refilled / any requests were always satisfied. I couldn't complain! Food was a little overpriced imo, but they do taste good and fresh. Restaurant interior felt welcoming and cozy, the staff knows what to recommend. Overall, I enjoyed the experience here and would love to come back! :-)

Aubrey is a high end Japanese Izakaya restaurant has been long been on my bucket list. It is located on the 25th floor of Mandarin Oriental hotel with good view of the central harbor front. Went for their Premium Izakaya menu (optional wine pairing). Food was amazing. The oyster, sushi platter, miso cod, etc. The highlight is definitely the A4 wagyu sando (wagyu beef sandwich). Never tasted any beef with “airy” texture. Not chewy, just literally melts in your mouth. Very curious on what technique they use. The mushroom fried rice is a bit weak on seasoning side - if I were to compare with traditional chinese fried rice. Also ordered a serving of charcoal chicken karaage. Tastes good as well. This restaurant definitely is on the pricy end 1000+ hkd but worth it - tasteful deco, caring staff with a very solid knowledge of the menu, and good view. Great venue for special occasions and celebrations. Reservation needed.
