I'm writing this to specifically warn anyone who may be considering this facility for their loved ones. for context we flew in to attend a funeral service for our direct family member. I had no personal impact on any decisions made and was just an attendee. This is specifically directed at the two twenty somethings who were guiding the service I have no negative comments towards any other staff they were professional here are my notes 1. throughout the whole ceremony they were joking and laughing with themselves. 2. They left their garbage (empty milk tea cup) right up by the front food display for our family member. 3. after our first day of ceremony the two immediately changed out of their robes while still directing everyone on what needs to be done, then grabbed dried squid snacks from their closet in front of everyone and ran out. 4. immediately after our family member was cremated and we were being ushered into the bus I approached them to let them know that there was another family member still in the bathroom. In response he supposedly JOKED that we should just leave them behind. I thought jokes should be funny but ok... I do understand that in this line of work you may n

服務不錯，收費透明，不過隱藏收費在最後一日出殯，話需要我們購買一些陪葬物，臨時臨急我們只能在殯儀館購買高昂近萬元陪葬物如果早的告知我們會外面買定而不會俾多10倍價錢在殯儀館買。希望先人確實收到
