I enjoyed the buffet. Angus was amazing! His introduction to desserts was memorable, beautifully done, and the desserts are clearly made with a lot of skill and care. My family had an enjoyable birthday dinner!

What a fantastic hotel - truly an unforgettable experience. A great location, with well kept, well appointed rooms and the most dedicated staff. A true 5 star experience. Fantastic food - recommend the Club or Suites rooms for access to the club lounge, including a-la-carte breakfast. Thanks to all of the fantastic staff, especially Vivien from guest relations who went above and beyond to check in with local recommendations and assist us where needed. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hong Kong.

We stayed at the hotel icon for 4 days. Modern yet funky hotel. Got upgraded to the full harbour view room where a whole wall was a window overlooking the Hk city lights and harbour. Too good! The room was incredible, well designed. The service at concierge and breakfast was great. Breakfast itself was very tasty. The hotel is well located and a fantastic refuge after a day of tourist activity. Will def book here again.

Our stay was wonderful, the staff is very attentive, the room was cleaned daily, and our lounge, minibar and breakfast benefits were incredible. One day the lift broke down and we were stuck on the 25th floor, but the staff quickly moved us to the emergency lift and we were able to get to breakfast, which was also extended so we could eat. The food was delicious. Thank you very much.
