Five star only because of its facilities (pool etc) rather than its luxury feel, but a decent enough hotel, in a good location. The room was a bit tired, with furniture that was scuffed and a bit old. Bathroom is small, and the shower is difficult to get in and out of due to the space. The rooms have a coffee maker and they are generous with the coffee pods, which is excellent. Strangely, there is no light switch as you come into the room, so you have to feel your way to the bed side before you can turn on the lights. Lobby is nice and is very close to a metro entrance and a big shopping mall, so if you feel like avoiding the typically extortionate hotel breakfast prices, you have plenty of options on your doorstep. Rooftop pool is fine. Small with only s as limited number of loungers, but it’s in the middle of Hong Kong, so that’s to be expected. Overall, a nice hotel, in a very convenient location, but don’t expect a five star experience.

I had such a lovely stay at The Langham, Hong Kong. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the signature Langham scent made me feel so relaxed. Throughout my stay, every staff member I met was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Everyone made me feel welcome and well taken care of. A special thank you to Pinky for making the check-in process so smooth and effortless. She was so kind, welcoming, and somehow knew exactly what I needed. Her genuine care and attention made such a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of my stay. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed at the Langham Hotel for 10 days in May 2026. During that time, we went to the spa, had the tasting menu at Tang Court, and went for drinks and dinner at Palm Court. Everything about the experience was top notch. The service was wonderful. Our rooms were very comfortable and the service from the cleaning staff to the front desk was excellent. The food was also outstanding. Tang Court was a very memorable experience and perhaps the best Chinese meal we have had. The drinks at Palm Court were delicious and I found that the Western and Chinese options for dining were equally strong. My husband and I both got massages at the spa and it was so relaxing. We would not hesitate to come back here again.

It is a pleasant stay. Booked with Amex FHR and got early check in, late check out and $780 HKD credit to spend in the hotel. Got welcome fruit basket and chocolate. It is stackable with Brilliant membership so i was gifted a box of biscuits as well. The amenities is really great as well as the room. All meet its 5 stars standard
