Excellent experience - definitely worth staying here! At Mondrian HK we’ve stayed longer than our usual, but we’ve enjoyed every moment. The location is great, not on the island - indeed, but the very best next thing, right at Tsim Sha Tsui “hart” (street). Atmosphere is cosy and warm, while rooms are very nice and spacious. And the view…really not bad, especially if you are above 30th floor, facing harbour! 🤞 I’ve saved for last “the people” which are all very friendly and warm, sometimes going above and beyond, as Linda Li did! Many thanks to the entire Mondrian Team for making our stay a lovely one. Ps. You might want to enhance the coffee experience! ☕️

I had a wonderful stay at Mondrian Hong Kong from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, a staff member warmly welcomed me, assisted with my luggage, and personally brought it up to my room, making the check-in experience smooth and effortless. Throughout my stay, every staff member was friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile and opening the door whenever we entered or left the hotel. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of Victoria Harbour, which made the stay even more memorable. As I was celebrating my friend’s birthday, the hotel also thoughtfully prepared a birthday surprise in the room. It was such a kind gesture that added a very personal and special touch to the experience. One highlight that shouldn’t be missed is the rooftop garden on the 40th floor. The panoramic view overlooking the harbour is absolutely stunning, especially around sunset or in the evening when the city lights come alive. Overall, Mondrian Hong Kong exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, comfortable rooms, thoughtful hospitality, and incredible views. I would highly recommend it to anyone

I had a great stay overall. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient to get to and travel around the city. The room was very comfortable and made for a wonderful stay. What really made it special was the staff. The entire team was extremely helpful, nice, kind, and sincere throughout my whole stay. However, Keith was the only one who truly stood out, his customer service was excellent, and he deserves an additional five stars for his stellar service! The only real struggle was the entrance area. It gets way too crowded during both check-in and check-out, which can feel a bit chaotic. Aside from that lobby bottleneck, it was an excellent experience thanks to the wonderful team and Keith!

This hotel is impressive! Since we stepped out of uber, the staff were all very attentive and treated us very well. Rooms are very beautiful and perfect and the beds are so comfortable. Location is five stars only 5 minutes walk to everything in Tsim Sha Tsui. We also love the breakfast with such a view! Will definitely come back here next time we go to Hong Kong ❤️
