Stayed here for 4 nights in the 2 bedroom suite with family Pros: Right in the heart of TST, there is K11 art mall just below and MTR is also steps away. Breakfast buffet have a decent spread. Cons: Hotel is quite old and dated, definitely time for refurbishment. Room had a weird smell every time we enter. Sound proofing is bad, cars and sounds of people can be heard even though the room is on 10th floor. For 2 nights there were drilling sounds at wee hours of the night! Complained to the duty manager and she acknowledged that there were indeed drilling sounds but as it comes from outside the building, there is nothing they can do. She also mentioned that she is hard of hearing so to her the sounds were very mild?! Not the kind of answers you will expect from a 5-star hotel. There are better 5-star hotels in HK that I will choose next time.

Really had a fantastic experience from reservation through arrival. I opted to add on the Regency Club and upgrade my room category as there is a promotion for 30% off for members and I would be staying for 5 nights. The promotion includes some discounts for in hotel dining as well. I found the value to be incredible. Bathroom was spectacular and features a double sided closet entrance which made getting ready very easy. The room has plenty of outlets and had an outlet adapter in the work area, a thoughtful touch as I forgot to bring an adapter and needed it for my hair tools. Ben was a dream helping me set up my airport transportation to the hotel and welcomed me upon arrival, even assisting me with my luggage. I was not expecting such service. The hotel is quite large with multiple levels, it was nice to have a friendly face welcome me upon arrival to ensure I got to the right place. He’s truly an asset to the concierge team. The harbor view room was worth the upgrade, and offered a bit more space for me to stretch out. The view is lovely and the sitting area features a nice bench. The Regency Club is surely one of the best I have been in during my stays with Hyatt from a food

This was my second time staying at this hotel because of its very convenient location. Unfortunately, this year’s experience was quite disappointing. I paid an additional fee to upgrade to a King Corner Room, but the room I was initially given felt very old and had several faulty items, including the toilet bowl and the light above the TV. It left a poor first impression and we requested a room change, which was inconvenient as we had already settled in and needed to rearrange our belongings. What surprised me most was that the replacement room was the same room category but on a different floor, and it was significantly newer, better maintained, and much more comfortable. It makes me wonder why I wasn’t assigned this standard of room from the beginning, especially after paying extra for an upgrade.

Booked a club regency suite and twin room, and the fantastic experience began even before our arrival. This was one of the few times a hotel confirmed our request for connecting rooms had been secured and arranged an additional rollaway bed in advance, which was greatly appreciated as we were travelling with 3 adults and 2 young children. Do note the drop-off experience was slightly unusual, as we had to access the hotel via B3 due to its connection with the K11 shopping mall (not K11 Musea) not having a lobby drop off area at road level. As Club room guests, we were escorted directly to the 23rd floor regency club for check-in, where we were greeted by some of the friendliest and most cheerful front desk associates. Special thanks to Zoey, Sofie, and the rest of the team for making the check-in process with 2 young children and a senior family member seamless. They also snagged us a room upgrade, were consistently attentive throughout our stay and helped arrange our taxi to the airport at check-out The highlights of the hotel were the scenic harbour views, the convenient direct access to the adjoining mall (which has a lot of eateries, a grocer and some retail shops) and the da
