Omakse menu only for dinner. Hkd1,750 +10% per person so close to hkd4,000 for 2 people. Dishes were all made from live crab (they claimed). Similar style dishes to the one in Japan with sashimi, roast and sabu sabu. The taste hmm... 70% like Japan. Maybe the crab was not in season? Somehow not as sweet as they were in Japan.

I wanted to give an overall rating of 3.5 stars. Food: outstanding. I cannot say the execution was flawless but it was nearly perfect (to me). I can taste the freshness and quality of all ingredients. Service: friendly and attentive. However it is far from high end restaurant standard. My observations are as follows: 1. There was a gentleman (not the sous chef) walking in and out of the open kitchen counter. At times he worked in one of the bar tables (with paper stacking around). It looks just odd to me. 2. The servers talked so loud that I could know where they had been or what they had done. I do not think it is a good idea to chit chat while you are serving the customer? 3. One of the servers seemed to be very tired. She leaned against the wall from time to time. 4. The food was served too fast. Not enough break time in between. 5. No proper sake or wine pairing advise. To me I still enjoy so much of my dinner. It just could have been a lot better if the service can be more professional.

Although Food is quite nice, but nothing really surprises me. Dinner is like $1800 Per head including sashimi, grilled crab leg, crab tempura,etc. My favourite pro is the Crab with rice.

It’s pricey but tasty. Interestingly it has different ingredients from different parts of Japan, such as lobster from mie area and wagyu beef from Kagoshima. Love it.
