Zero One Coffee & Roastery, a café in Wan Chai, is at 香港島灣仔皇后大道東77號. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted.
When choosing a café or dessert shop, look at whether prices are shown, whether plant milks or less-sweet options are available, and whether there is a time limit on seats. Many open seven days a week, but some small shops take a weekly day off; for cakes or large orders of pastries, calling ahead is the safest bet. If you plan to work or study in a café, check for power sockets and any seating time limit.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat–Sun 08:30–18:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. There is no phone number yet; if the business has a website or social media page, try there, or use the Google Maps link on this page for the latest details.
It has a Google rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 59 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.
Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

A tiny Coffee shop, so cute, where we enjoyed two days a delicious breakfast, Turkish Eggs and Coffe Espresso and Hot Americano. The Guys who prepared our food and served us are very nice, kind and friendly! We thank everyone, we felt very good, everything is delicious! 👍👏💯🫶🌹

Quite new to Wan Chai, but quickly becoming my ‘go to’ coffee place. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and always happy to have a chat. They will even remember your face and your order 😊 The iced latte is delicious, with a good amount of kick to get you through the day. I haven’t tried the food, but it looks great. I will give it a go one weekend. See you (probably) tomorrow guys!

I found zero one very difficult to spot on the street. The beans are roasted using the direct fire roasting method and the coffee is brewed by the 1st runner up of a roasting competition in Taiwan. Personally, I am not a fan of their coffee. I ordered a cup of hot latte. The portion is rather small and the coffee flavour is rather bland. The avocado toast is better. The sourdough is toasted to extra crispy. With a thick layer of guacamole and feta cheese cubes, sliced basil leaves. The portion is huge and the pairing is perfect. Don’t know why but I feel like I am eating Pringles chips.

Just went to this area and needed a morning coffee. Found this newly opened cafe around 11:00am without any customer. It was a great place to take a break and have a cup of coffee. Picked up a hot Coconut Latte from the Barister Choice. Size medium. Taste is not my cup of tea. The coconut flavour was very light and taste weird to me. The price is alright. Comparable to Starbuck. Not very cheap but not very expensive. The environment was small but newly decorated.

New cafe in wanchai☕️must try Coconut latte ($45) First time trying this combo and it was surprisingly good. Coffee and coconut cream were very well-balanced. Love the coconut after taste💕Earl grey mochi pound cake ($38) was good too. As a mochi lover, I’m down for anything with it. Also ordered: Raisin scone ($25)
