Doctors in Hong Kong must be registered with the Medical Council of Hong Kong, whose register can be searched online. Most private clinics take appointments and many also take same-day walk-in registrations; bring your Hong Kong ID card. Many GP consultation fees include a few days' medicine, but fees vary, so ask first. People aged 65 or over can use Elderly Health Care Vouchers towards many private healthcare services. Physiotherapists must be registered with the Physiotherapists Board, and some insurance plans require a doctor's referral first.

Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

I’ve seen different physiotherapists over the years for various problems, and Raphael is by far the best I’ve met. He is very detailed and pays great attention to finding the root cause of my problems, providing specific treatment that is extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Raphael to anyone who needs physiotherapy.

Aloha was recommended to me by colleagues at work. My wife and I have been seeing Samantha for treatment and she's absolutely outstanding. Most other physios spend 5 minutes on a patient and let the machines do the rest. However, Samantha spends a lot of time on treatment and understands the core underlying issues and works to fix them. Having been to other physios, I can confidently say Samantha is the best you can ever find.

I’ve been seeing Raphael consistently for over three months now on a weekly basis, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. His sessions have become a key part of my routine to tackle the neck and shoulder pain that comes with corporate life, and the treatments have significantly improved my overall quality of life. Raphael is professional, attentive, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on, adjusting each session to how my body is feeling that week. If you’re looking for a physio you can trust and rely on, I would highly recommend Raphael.

I went to Aloha for a shoulder injury from snowboarding. Physiotherapist Raphael was very professional, attentive and helpful. My injury has improved significantly just after the first treatment. He also spent time teaching me movements I can do at home to stretch and strengthen my shoulder. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a physiotherapy session with Raphael.

I came to Olivia after experiencing an mcl sprain from volleyball training. She took the time to properly assess the issue, explained everything clearly while educating me on the issue, and even gave me rehab plan to help me return to sport!! Within 2 months, i was back to training. Super professional, friendly, abd genuinely cares about her patients!! Highly recommend Olivia as your physio!!
