Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

As a domestic helper here in HK, i am thankful to Total Health Sports Clinic for their generosity. They provide free services for us. The place is good, the staffs are easy to communicate with and the Physiotherapists are very friendly. I would highly recommend Tiffany and Wing Lam Leung, they are so professional. Each session they carefully explains the treatment and on how it works progressively. It helped me with my sprained ankle.

I've seen many physios over the years, but Emma has genuinely helped my pain and improve in ways no one else has. I'm so glad I found this place! Emma is honestly wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. She's able to adapt quickly during sessions, noticing what works and what doesn't for my body. She's the only physio in Hong Kong who has been able to pinpoint issues I've been struggling with for ages, and gives me exercises that aren't the usual & tedious. Beyond her technical skills, Emma is relatable and personable, which makes such a difference. While we do chat during sessions, she's always hands-on and working - never wasting time just talking without actually treating you. She gives excellent advice, clear feedback, and helpful videos for continuing my progress at home. If you're looking for a physio who really knows their stuff and genuinely cares about getting you better, I couldn't recommend Emma more highly!

I want to give a big shout‑out to HKSC for working with me on the rehabilitation of my left knee and lower back after surgery. Under the care of Joe March and Icy Lin—my physiotherapists and core/strength trainers for over a year—I managed to complete my first Ironman 70.3 just one week before my 50th birthday. I’m truly grateful. What did I have? Two surgeries: 1. L4–L5 lumbar prolapse discectomy (left side) 2. Left knee ACL replacement and arthroscopic meniscus repair What problems did I face post‑surgery? Significant muscle atrophy in my left leg. Not uncommon. Because both surgeries were on the left side, I over‑compensated with my right, which led to poor posture and pain from imbalance. I also had persistent left knee effusion for over a year, which made the rehab process even more challenging. How did Joe and Icy help? Their physiotherapy treatment was top‑notch. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and they were able to identify and treat the issues immediately. The physio work was paired with targeted core and strengthening sessions. Icy built a progressive program to rebuild my core strength, balance, and stability—always keeping my goal of completing my f

Big shoutout to my therapists, Bobby, Teresa, Jo Leung and Joseph March for helping me get better on my basketball journey❤️‍🔥 I am truly grateful to be part of the SHINE program that @totalhealthbyhksc provides for young athletes like myself, enabling us to perform at our very best🙏🏽 I feel great on the court these days, being able to move better is amazing!
