Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

I still visit periodically for maintenance, but I first went in for knee pain and was really impressed by Shu’s professionalism, skills and efficiency. Shu not only fixed my knee but also addressed my posture issues, which I didn’t even realize were contributing to discomfort. Since then, I’ve been completely pain-free and the overall improvement was something I didn’t even know I needed. It has made a big difference in how I feel day to day. Highly recommend! I think everyone could use a physio session now and then.

I started dry needling with Shu a few months ago for post-injury shoulder tightness and pain, as well as neck and lower back pain. Since then: • My jammed shoulder has released and returned to full range of motion. • Tension headaches and neck pain have decreased significantly — I can actually turn my head properly again! • All my knots and tight muscles have been broken up, making my back feel much looser • After needling the chest, my rounded shoulders have dropped back down into place, my posture has improved tremendously and I feel like I can even breathe better. This was most impressive! I'm really happy with my progress so far. Thank you, Shu!

Shu is amazing. She identified the source of my lower back pain and sciatica and her dry needling has helped me a lot in reducing the intensity of the pain. She is very knowledgeable and offered lots of advice on posture, etc. I recommend her without hesitation.

I had pain from a hip impingement for over two years and recurring tightness in my neck and shoulders, despite stretching and doing pre-hab exercises every day and doing massages as well as meeting with physio time to time. Shu was able to help my hip pain in just a few sessions, the difference was really quite amazing and she also sets you up for success by working on posture for long term sustainability. Highly recommend!

I went to Shu to fix a knee problem and she ended up fixing a big part of my life. We went through the basics of how to walk, sit and sleep properly. The simple change allowed me to walk and run a lot more. We started the dry needling sessions with the back and chest. Those sessions provided great relief to my immobile upper body and I started to sleep better without any headaches. Given the speed of recovery after each session, I have been able to train harder and lost a decent amount of weight over a period of time.
