About Joint Dynamics

Joint Dynamics is a physiotherapy centre in Central, Central and Western, at 5th Floor, 泛海大廈59-65 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong Island. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. The address puts it on an upper floor, so note the floor and unit number; some buildings ask visitors to register at the lobby, and lifts can be slow at busy times.

Doctors in Hong Kong must be registered with the Medical Council of Hong Kong, whose register can be searched online. Most private clinics take appointments and many also take same-day walk-in registrations; bring your Hong Kong ID card. Many GP consultation fees include a few days' medicine, but fees vary, so ask first. People aged 65 or over can use Elderly Health Care Vouchers towards many private healthcare services. Physiotherapists must be registered with the Physiotherapists Board, and some insurance plans require a doctor's referral first.

Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00, Sat 08:00–18:00, Sun closed. It is open 6 days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2762 0528. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. Its website is jointdynamics.com.hk, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

It has a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 130 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.

Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

I had a couple of personal training sessions with Karan and found him to be professional, friendly, and attentive throughout. I came to him with an issue with muscle overcompensation that was causing bad DOMS and strain, and he worked with me to correct the underlying imbalance rather than just treating the symptoms. At my request, he also put together a strength program tailored to my needs and goals. Karan is knowledgable and takes the time to understand what's actually going on with your body before jumping into a program. Recommend him if you're looking for a skilled and personable PT!

I had a great experience training with Karan over 8 sessions. He was consistently motivating and pushed me in a way that felt both challenging and encouraging. Each session was well-structured, and the plan he created for me was clear and effective. Every exercise was very well, making sure I understood the correct form and purpose behind each movement. I could really see my progress over time, which kept me motivated to stay consistent. He paid close attention to my form, adjusted exercises when needed, and made sure I was improving each week. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a supportive, calm and results-driven trainer.

Highly recommend Neha! Super friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about your progress. What I love most about Neha is that she quietly pushes you to do your best and pays close attention to form and actually explains the "why" behind every exercise so you know what you’re doing. She also always tailors the intensity based on how tired I am or how my body is feeling when I walk through the door. If you’re looking for a great PT, she’s the one.

Nathan has been my physio for the past two months, and he’s truly exceptional. I came in with significant limitations in my right shoulder, and he has been helping me twice a week. Nathan is consistently patient, professional, and friendly, and he explains everything clearly. Thanks to his guidance and treatment, my shoulder mobility has improved noticeably. I’m genuinely grateful for his care and highly recommend him.

I have been visiting JD for 5-6years and Eddie is my physio. He is super helpful and always provides treatment (including muscle release work or rehab exercises) whenever I injure from running. He offers specific treatment for runners and those are very useful to me and I usually recover fast after a few visits to JD. Highly recommend JD to my friends!
